For MetaTrader 5 traders and prop firm accounts
Pick a daily limit, like $500. PipsGuard watches your MT5 account around the clock. If you hit the limit, it closes your trades and stops trading for the day, even while you sleep.
Closes your open positions before the news hits, so a release can't hurt your account while you're away.
EURUSD auto-closed the instant its loss hit your max loss per trade.
Risk scales automatically as your account grows.
Your funded account is worth $50,000 to $400,000. PipsGuard costs less than one bad trade.

You choose your limits before the trading day starts. From then on, every order you place is checked against them, and your open positions are watched until they close. When a limit is reached, PipsGuard acts on its own, whether you are at your desk or asleep.
Once your MT5 account is connected, you place trades from the PipsGuard app on web, desktop, iPhone or Android instead of the MetaTrader terminal. Before an order is placed, PipsGuard checks it against your rules: the lot size, how much of today's loss limit is left, your margin, whether a news window is open, and whether you are still in a cooldown after a loss.
If the order is within your rules, it fills as normal, with no extra step for you. If it breaks a rule, it is blocked and never placed. The app tells you which rule stopped it.
PipsGuardSome limits can only be hit after a trade is open, like a daily loss limit or a trailing drawdown. PipsGuard runs on our servers, not on your computer, and follows your equity and open positions on every price update, 24 hours a day.
When a limit is reached, it closes your positions at market, pauses trading for the rest of the day, and sends an alert to your phone. The chart shows a day with a $500 daily loss limit. Trading stopped at −$500 at 12:48. The dashed line is how the same day went without a limit.
Connect your MT5 account with the login, password and server you already use in MetaTrader. It connects in 30 to 60 seconds, and we do not store your password. Then pick your rules from the 14 available. Rules lock after your first trade of the day, so they can't be loosened in the middle of a bad session.
It doesn't pick trades, send signals or run an EA. It doesn't hold your money: your funds stay with your broker or prop firm. It only enforces the limits you set. Your strategy stays yours.
You passed an FTMO, The5ers or other prop firm challenge and want to keep the account. PipsGuard enforces the firm's drawdown and daily loss limits for you.
After a loss you take a bigger trade with no setup to make it back. A cooldown rule blocks new orders for a set time after every loss.
Your plan says 3 trades a day and you take 12. Position and loss streak limits hold you to the number you picked.
If the same pattern has cost you more than one account, a hard daily loss limit stops the day before it gets that far.
Consistency, trailing drawdown and no weekend holding rules match what most firms check, so you don't fail on a technicality.
Each connected account gets its own rule set, and you see all of them in one dashboard.
“I was 2% from losing my $200K FTMO account. PipsGuard's trailing drawdown guard closed everything before I hit the limit. It saved that account.”
“I kept failing FTMO challenges because I'd give back profits on day 8 or 9. With PipsGuard locking my profit target, I passed on my next attempt. First try.”
“The emotional trading block is what I needed. After a big loss I used to immediately revenge trade. Now PipsGuard forces a 30-minute cooldown. My red days dropped 70%.”
“Managing 5 funded accounts was a nightmare before PipsGuard. Now each has its own rule set and I monitor everything from one dashboard.”

“NFP Friday used to be my worst day. PipsGuard's news blackout closes everything 15 minutes before.”
“I'm a profitable scalper but I used to blow up every few weeks by increasing lot sizes after losses. The lot size limit fixed my only weakness.”
“Friday afternoons were dangerous for me. I'd hold trades into the weekend hoping they'd recover. No weekend holding rule fixed that instantly.”
“I was profitable on demo but kept blowing live accounts. PipsGuard made my live trading identical to demo.”

days of the full plan: all 14 rules, live enforcement on your own MT5 account, and every app. It is the same product paying customers use, on a real account. No. PipsGuard can't be overridden mid-trade on purpose. The moment you most want to switch a rule off is usually right after a loss, which is when it matters most. You set the rules with a clear head, and they hold when you don't have one.
PipsGuard doesn't generate trades or signals. It protects the edge you already have. If you are profitable but keep giving gains back through oversized trades, overtrading or breaking your own rules, PipsGuard stops that. It is not a strategy.
PipsGuard works with MetaTrader 5 (MT5), which covers most prop firms, including FTMO, Funding Pips, The Funded Trader, and many others.
Yes. It was built for prop firm traders and enforces drawdown limits, consistency rules, no weekend holding and other common firm requirements.
Depending on the rule: positions are auto-closed at market, new trades are blocked, or trading is paused entirely. This happens automatically, as soon as the limit is reached.
No. Once your rules are set, PipsGuard runs on our servers, so your rules stay active while your computer is off and while you sleep. Uptime is 99.99%.
Yes. Guardian supports 1 account, Sentinel supports 3, and Overlord supports 7. Each account has its own independent rule configuration. Need more? You can add extra account slots any time from your dashboard: buy a slot and connect another account.
Yes. We never save your MT5 password and we don't have access to it. You sign in the same way you normally would in MetaTrader, and your login stays within that connection. We don't store it, share it or see it. When you remove your account, your login goes with it.
Not while a trade is open, and not after your first trade of the day. If you could loosen your rules mid-session, they wouldn't protect you when it matters. Set your rules with a clear head before you trade. You can adjust your daily settings, like your daily target, any time before your first trade of the day.
Once you attach a trading account to a slot, it stays locked to that slot for the rest of your billing period. When your subscription renews for a new period, you're free to assign a different trading account to the slot.
While your account is connected, your orders run through PipsGuard so every trade passes through your rules. Placing trades directly in the MetaTrader terminal is restricted, so no trade can skip the rule check.
You can remove a connected account any time it has no open trades. If a position is still open, close it first and then remove the account.
Cancel any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, with no further charges after that.
Try every rule on your own MT5 account for days. The trial costs , and you can cancel before it renews.
