Your login, your money, your data — here's exactly how we keep them protected.
We never save your MT5 password and we don't have access to it. You sign in the same way you normally would in MetaTrader, and your login stays within that connection — never stored by us, never shared, never visible to anyone. When you remove your account, your login goes with it.
Every account you protect is fully separated from every other account — yours and everyone else's. What happens on one account never affects another. Enforcement on one account is completely independent, with no cross-contamination.
Once your rules are set, they stay active around the clock — even while you sleep, with your computer off. No desktop software needs to stay running. Your rules are enforced every second the market is open.
All dashboard access requires email/password authentication with JWT tokens. Sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity. Mobile app pairing uses short-lived tokens (5-minute expiry) with a secure code format. All API communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
We never see or store your credit card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We only store a Stripe customer reference ID to manage your subscription.
