PipsGuard ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website and service.
Account Information: Your name and email address.
Location & Analytics Data: Your IP address, which we use to approximate your general location, along with basic analytics about how the website is used. This helps us understand our audience and improve the Service. This information is for our internal use only and is not shared with third parties.
MT5 Login: You connect your trading account by entering your MT5 login the same way you normally sign in to MetaTrader. We do not save, retain, or have access to your MT5 password. Your login stays within your MetaTrader connection and is removed when you remove your account.
Payment Information: Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment instrument data on our servers. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription references for billing management.
Communication Data: Support ticket content and email correspondence.
We use your information to provide and operate the PipsGuard service, enforce the rules you configure, process payments and manage subscriptions, send transactional emails (such as account verification, rule notifications, and billing), provide customer support, understand our audience through analytics, and improve the Service. We use your IP address to approximate your general location for analytics purposes. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Your MT5 password is never saved on our servers, and we do not have access to it. You enter your MT5 login the same way you normally sign in to MetaTrader, and it stays within your MetaTrader connection. We never see your password in plain text, and it is never shared with anyone. When you remove your account, your login is removed along with it.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. When you remove your account, your MT5 login is removed immediately, and we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Your name, email, and location/analytics data are kept for our internal use only. The only parties we share data with are the service providers required to operate PipsGuard — Stripe for payment processing and our email provider for transactional emails — and law enforcement where required by law.
Our website uses essential cookies for session management and authentication, functional cookies for user preferences (e.g., pricing toggle state), and referral tracking cookies (pg_ref) for our partner program. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks.
You have the right to access your personal data through your dashboard, update or correct your information, delete your account and associated data, export your trading activity data, withdraw consent for non-essential data processing, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

PipsGuard is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
